Surgical Policies
On the morning that you drop your pet off for surgery, you will be required to read and sign your drop-off forms and a Surgery/Anesthesia Consent form. Please make sure that you have allotted time to do this. We will not be posting the Surgery/Anesthesia Consent form on-line because we do like to go over this form with you in person and answer any questions that you may have. We offer several options and services such as comfort packs and microchips that you will need to consider accepting or declining. MAKE SURE THAT YOU REVIEW OUR BOARDING POLICIES THROUGHLY. THEY APPLY TO SURGERY PATIENTS AS WELL AS BOARDING PATIENTS AND GROOMING PATIENTS. |
